About Us

We are a private limited company by the name of Madhav Insurance Brokers Private Limited. The company was incorporated on 09.02.2004, with the main object of carrying on the business of insurance brokers as direct general insurance brokers and/or direct life insurance brokers. Our company is registered with The Registrar of Companies at Jalandhar (Punjab) and is having its Registered Office at Gandhi Chowk, Ahmedgarh, Distt. Sangrur and Corporate Office at Miller Ganj , Gill Road , Ludhiana.

Govt. of India through The Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority introduced the concept of Insurance Brokering Services in India & has passed IRDA (Insurance Broker’s) Regulations, 2002 to this effect.
Our company has been registered under the said Regulations and has been granted Direct Insurance Brokers Licence no. DB-253 dated 17.03.2004 which was further renewed upto 16.03.2010 allowing us to render Brokering services in Life as well as General Insurance.

Ours’ is a company being promoted by a group of young entrepreneurs along with highly professional experts who have worked in General and Life Insurance Companies in senior positions. Our Managing Director/Principal officer Dr. Himanshu Goyal having vast experience in the field of insurance. All the directors of the Company are veterans insurance professionals and directly supervising marketing of business.
